Booking Conditions

This page sets out our cancellation policy and booking conditions for standard bookings.

Vans & lorries
Please note, that we only accept touring caravan or motorhome bookings with a car or 4x4. We will not accept bookings with vans or lorries. Vans or lorries cannot be parked on the property at any time.

Cancellation arrangements

Cancellations: These must be received by email quoting booking reference.
a. If cancellation made within 21 days or more of arrival, refund is 90% of amount paid.
b. If cancellation made within 14 days or more of arrival, refund is 50% of amount paid.
c. If cancellation made within 14 days of arrival, no refund available.

Our after-sales complaints policy

If you are not happy about the service you receive from us, please tell reception and we will try to resolve your concern. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Conwy Holiday Park booking conditions
1. We have numbered pitches for touring caravans and motor-caravans. Whilst every effort will be made to meet special requirements for a particular pitch, no guarantee can be given. Extensions can be arranged but always subject to existing bookings.

2. Refunds for unused nights are not available, refer to the cancellation policy above.

3. The right is reserved:

(a) to modify our prices in the light of future cost changes (e.g. changes in VAT).

(b) Owing to a policy of continual improvement, to make changes to Conwy Holiday Park and its facilities as described without notice.

4. Conwy Holiday Park and its employees are absolved from all liability for accidents to touring caravans and motor-caravans from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property unless due to the proven negligence of Conwy Holiday Park

5. Each booking is for up to 2 adults and 4 children. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

6. Conwy Holiday Park reserves the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where its guest(s) has (have) failed to disclose all material facts as required on the booking form. The company may also require any person not observing the park rules or creating a nuisance to leave the park. In these circumstances the company shall not be under any liability to the persons involved and shall be discharged from further performance of its obligations. Any refunds given will be at the discretion of the company.

7. Any dogs will be kept on a lead and under control at all times. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per booking.

8. All vehicles must be registered with Conwy Holiday Park. A maximum of two cars can be authorised on selected pitches at an additional charge, this is subject to availability.

9. Touring caravans can only be used for bona fide holiday purpose. We do not accommodate touring caravans for people who are or will be working in the area.

10. In the interest of safety, we regret that skateboards, electric unicycles and electric scooters are not permitted on the park. Drones and any other flying objects are also not permitted on the park.

11. You can only occupy a pitch which was reserved for you and shown on your confirmation. Failure to do so will occur in £100 fine and our staff removing your caravan from the park.
